The flour and legumes we use only run on the latest generation machinery, daily monitored.
Every detail is important
Our pasta factory is subjected to periodic hygienic-sanitary treatments; Air treatment processes and sanitizing environments follow the entire production process. Anyone who comes into contact with our factory as a worker or visitor observes very strict rules on behavior and clothing in order to preserve the health of the environments and the products. These rules (and many more) are included in our HACCP manual prepared in accordance with Regulation 852 of 2004 and the Codex Alimentarius available to each operator.
We carry out daily analyzes that guarantee the safety of our products and we rely on approved external laboratories for gluten-free analyzes. This particular focus on our consumers and the search for high quality standards are also reflected in the choice of raw materials: we only use selected flours of the best certified Italian mills.
The Pasta Gustosa production plant is an "authorized plant" by the MINISTRY OF HEALTH
Our company has the BRC GLOBAL STANDARD rating in the "A" series. The British Retail Consortium is a globally recognized standard for food safety. The certification of this agency attests that our company meets all the standards required to ensure a safe and quality product for consumers.
Finally, the CCPB certification guarantees that: factory, suppliers, processor and finished product comply with the standards required in the production of ORGANIC food.
