
Sedanini Multigrain with Parmigiana and Burratina


Ingredients and Process
160 g Sedanini Multigrain; 150 g tomato Pachino; 1 Aubergine; 20 basil leaves; 3 Spoons of oil; A little piece of garlic; Fresh Burratina qb; Dried tomato
- Prepare the pachino tomato sauce;
- Cut the eggplant into cubes and fry them enough to make them crisp;
- Let's whisk basil, oil and a piece of garlic to get a light basil sauce;
- Boil Sedanini for 4 minutes, drain them and add them to the freshly prepared sausage. Skip it;
- Let's join Pasta with the fried eggplant cubes, a few drops of basil sauce and burrata wires.
