Who we are
From grain to the pasta of the future
Our company was born from a passion for, and dedication to, milling and hulling grains, which has always been our family's trade. Puglia and its land inspire us as we carry on our father's research and study, combining it with the latest technology in high-quality pasta production.
In 2016 we founded the start-up Gluten Free Foods S.r.l. to fulfil a dream: making pasta in a facility dedicated exclusively to alternative flours, using modern pasta-making methods and slow drying to preserve their excellent nutritional qualities.
Today our products find their way into homes and onto family tables, winning over young and old with the authentic taste of pasta made with care. At the same time, more and more companies rely on our method and experience to produce their own private label pasta: we are proud to offer a product made with the same passion and care we put in every day for our own families.

We're a young company that cares about sustainability: our whole facility runs on solar panels and plastic use is kept to a minimum.
Our new pack is made of paper: eco-friendly, colourful and in two sizes, depending on the volume of the shape.

Beyond the gluten-free niche
We created Pasta Gustosa to offer a healthy, natural and versatile product. Our recipes are naturally rich in protein, fibre and superfoods, as well as organic.
