Yes. We only use naturally gluten-free flours and our pasta factory produces exclusively gluten-free pasta, in a facility authorised by the Italian Ministry of Health.
What's in the pasta?
Just organic flours and water. No thickeners, colourings, preservatives or ingredients of animal origin. You'll find the flours of each product on its product page.
How does the box work?
Every order is a box: take at least 3 packs and choose your pasta and the shapes you like best. You can build it on the Build your box page or by adding packs from the product pages.
